1. Services

ScrapeAny provides web data extraction services including custom web scraping, recurring data feeds, anti-bot bypass, and data delivery. Services are provided on a project basis or as recurring subscriptions.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Provide accurate information about your data extraction needs
Not use extracted data for unlawful purposes

3. Payment

Starter plans require payment upon project completion. Pro plans are billed monthly. Enterprise plans have custom billing terms. All prices are in USD.

4. Free Samples

Every project begins with a free sample dataset. The sample is provided at no charge so you can verify data quality before committing to payment.

5. Data Ownership

You own all data we extract on your behalf. We do not retain, sell, or share your data after delivery unless you explicitly request data retention.

6. Cancellation

Pro plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. No long-term contracts are required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScrapeAny is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of data obtained from third-party websites. We guarantee 99.9% accuracy on structured data fields and will re-extract data at no charge if quality standards are not met.
